I was watching a television drama that involved the cutting of a huge transatlantic undersea cable that connected Europe and North America's internet. I was surprised to learn that in this era of wireless connectivity that we still rely so much on wires to connect us to services. 

After that I began to notice the wires stretching across our country as I travelled and created images for my Moving Landscapes series. This series is about the ways of connection. And how our methods of connection interfere with nature. Disrupt it. Return to Gallery
